Happy Independence Day!!

Yesterday we took a walk down to our local park. Kensico Dam. It was the destination for the county's fireworks. (We are SO glad we moved here.)

The development of a new tradition has begun:

Cache was skeptical of the fun he was going to have, and if we really picked the best seats;
Ronin was all sorts of patriotic once we got his garb on. The music was wonderful and the weather cooperated:
Turns out we had fantastic seats for the fireworks. They were right above us and super loud!
Happy Birthday America!! We are so blessed to live in this free country, no matter the problem and frustrations that may be here too. It is still the best place to live!
