Lost Tooth

One of the downfalls of being out of town, is that life still goes on and kids have their milestones without you. Cache lost his very first tooth. And we missed it!! 

He was pretty excited. They sent pictures right away.

Isn't he adorable? Him missing a tooth makes him even cuter. He says the other one is loose too. He can't wait until it falls out. He is losing teeth much earlier than Ronin did. Which means he's growing up fast!

Luckily we have a surrogate mother here who launched into Tooth Fairy mode ASAP and made him one happy boy. Although, she wants to keep the tooth and send it to her family, which I think is we-ird! I still don't understand the reason and I'm going to say no to that, no matter what. Cause it's gross, dude. But I'm really grateful she was here and is willing to step in and be a Mom, since I've been totally dropping the ball on that one since moving here. The kids don't seem to mind. They get double the help, double the fun and double the attention. What's not to like?
