Ronin is on the school basketball team. One of the only 3 kids from 3rd grade to be asked to be on the team. He was pretty proud of that fact. Actually we all are!
He's also one of the shortest players, but a fighter! He's been doing so good and loving every minute of it. He's started P4 now and is still on the team and still loving it. They have games every few weeks and practices twice a week. Between that and his homework load, he is one busy boy. Theres not much time for anything else. But at least he has the energy to keep up even when the rest of us don't.
He says he wants to grow up to be a professional basketball player. I hope he hits a growth spurt somewhere along the line cause he may need it! He has a lot of natural sport talent but he also works really hard at home practicing his dribbling and shooting. Where in our small apartment does he do that, you ask? Everywhere! In the lobby, in the lift, in the living room and the kitchen. He even has a little basketball hoop in his bedroom that I can hear him banging around most days. He loves himself some basketball!
